Enjoy Eid Al-Adha in Dubai while staying indoors!

In this current pandemic, everything is happening on a low scale. The schools, markets and all the religious places are closed off, and it has made the mood a little glum. The novel corona virus has hit humankind badly, and there’s still no sign of vaccine.

Next in the line of festival is Eid Al Adha. It’s the festival of togetherness, love and sacrifice. This year it’s expected to fall in between July 31st to August 2nd, 2020.
Believers go to the mosque and offer prayers, the family cooks various delicious delicacies. Go to meet their relatives and friends.

On the auspicious occasion of  Eid Al Adha, Muslims also do charity work to help the needy and poor celebrate the festival.

Children wear new clothes, get gifts from their elders and go out for fun in the evenings. However, with the current pandemic situation, there are lot many restrictions about celebrating any festival. The main motive of these restrictions is to avoid the large gathering of people at any place. The spread of corona virus is at an all-time high, and there’s yet no vaccine for its treatment.

If you go out to celebrate Eid Al-Adha every year, you must already be aware that Dubai is the best place to enjoy the festival. The mosques are beautiful; people are lively and happy and believe in enjoying together. The government of Dubai takes full responsibility for security and celebrations for its residents and tourists.

However, this year the UAE government has asked the people to stay indoors and enjoy the Eid festival with the family and avoid going outside. Also, this year (2020) during the Hajj pilgrims are very limited as a precautionary measure due to spread of covid-19.

Many migrants are stuck in Dubai because of lockdown and will have to stay away from their family during Eid. The businessman, Sheikh Umar Farooq Zahoor has made amends to make sure to leave no one alone during these festivals. He will celebrate the Eid with people of Dubai with the same zest as any other year.

Umar Farooq Zahoor is a UAE Norwegian businessman who has taken over Dubai with his impressive business skills.  He is known for his charity works and has helped many youngsters for a sustainable future. He believes in the growth of his country and its people. There has been almost no occasion where Sheikh Umar Farooq Zahoor has never helped anyone in need.

Amidst all this, it is imperative to maintain social distance while celebrating the festival of togetherness. Stay indoors, offer praying without gathering in a large crowd and maintain the social distancing. The festival teaches us so many things about peace, harmony and love amongst each other.

Celebrate the festival with your friends, loved ones and family and stay safe from the novel corona virus this year.
